Terms, Tax & Shipping Policy

Welcome to Meghana Limbadri Label. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Pricing & GST Policy (India)

All products sold by Meghana Limbadri Label are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian government regulations.

  • 18% GST is applied to all orders.
  • GST is calculated at checkout.
  • A valid GST invoice will be issued with every purchase.
  • Prices displayed on the website are [inclusive/exclusive – adjust as needed] of GST.

We operate in full compliance with Indian tax laws.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet Payments
  • International Cards (for global customers)

All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

For customized outfits, full payment is required in advance to begin production.

3. Customization Policy

Meghana Limbadri Label specializes in customized and made-to-order outfits.

  • All customized orders are made according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after production has begun.
  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to screen settings and handcrafted processes.

Customized pieces require production time. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

4. No Exchange / No Return Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • We do not offer returns.
  • We do not provide refunds once the order is confirmed.

Exceptions may only apply if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect item was shipped.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

5. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared based on the pincode after order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on country and customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

6. Order Processing Time

As a customization-based label, processing time may range from 15 to 20 business days depending on design complexity.

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.
