No Exchange / No Return Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • We do not offer returns.
  • We do not provide refunds once the order is confirmed.

Exceptions may only apply if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect item was shipped.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
